• The YFL cleaning pigging valve is the standard pigging valve; the area of ball bore is approx 25% larger than the flow area of pipe; barrier strips in one end of ball bore stop the pipeline pigging but don’t influence the flow of medium to keep continual medium flow when pigging; Cleaning pigging valve can be used as cut off ball valve;
• The YFL bypass pigging valve has two oval-shaped channels in the ball perpendicular to the ball bore with 25% flow area of pipe so that the flow won’t be cut off when launching or receiving pipeline pigging; bypass pigging valve can’t be used as cut off ball valve;
• The YFL isolating pigging valve with 3% larger than flow area of pipeline is used to isolating and delivering medium in sequence; Isolating pigging valve has another seal inside the ball bore when the pipeline pigging arriving the ball bore to achieve isolation;
• Top entry body makes body without leakage and maintenance online without removing from pipeline
• Trunnion mounted ball valves with double block and double bleeds function;
• Stem free from ball thrust force; stem rotates freely, small torque, easy valve operation;
