We design different wear resistant ceramics in different thickness, shapes, size according to different working conditions. Use different kind of adhesive to directly affix the ceramics on the equipment inner surface, forms a fire wear resistant layer.

High temperature resistant inorganic adhesive is our patent product. The adhesive used for the bond between the ceramics and steel. High strength, good toughness, can be cured at room temperature, with excellent heat resistance and aging resistance.

The advantage of the wear resistant ceramic tiles used for pneumatic conveying equipment is convenient and flexible for installation. According to nearly three decades of practical experience shows that this technology is mature and reliable, can be operated for long-term among the temperature -50 ℃ ~ 750℃, it is not aging, do not fall off. It is good for wear resistant applications.
